Caprari borehole pumps available for water wells from 4inch to 22inch.

The Caprari range of borehole pumps are one of the worlds most advanced submersible pumps. The pumps are designed with long term efficiency and durability. The Caprari range of submersible pumps exceed the European efficiency standards for electrical consumption and output factors. The pump range is available in stainless steel, Bronze, cast iron and Noryl resin plastic.

Caprari pumps can boast pumping heads to 850m and flows to 350 l/s. The 4inch range of pumps can handle 150g of sand per m3 of water pumped. The 6inch to 22inch pumps handle sand contents to 50g of sand per M3 of water pumped. The endurance ranges of pumps are able to handle extremely aggressive water. Caprari pumps hold patents for their galvanic protection against stray currents and aggressive water as well as other unique patents.

The Caprari submersible well pumps have one of the worlds largest duty ranges, giving the end user the most efficient selection for the application. Included in the Caprari range are 4 pole motors to improve pump ware.

Taking all the benefits of Caprari against its competitors to account you will get a pump to meet your every need.

Booster Pumps
Caprari pumps have a variety of booster pumps for water transfer to pressure boosting.

The booster pumps are available in duty ranges  from 1 l/s to 300 l/s and heads to 1000m.

Booster pumps are available in vertical and horizontal orientation in close coupled and bare shaft options, from 1.1 Kw to 425Kw in 230v. 400v and 525v.

Booster pumps are used for domestic to industrial applications.  The pumps are selected for the users requirements and duty requirements. Caprari booster pumps can be driven by electric motors and diesel engines. The use of variable frequency drives allow any size booster or pump to operate at constant pressure and peak efficiency for domestic commercial and municipal applications.

Caprari booster pumps can be supplied with mechanical seals for clean water and gland packing for dirty or industrial pumping.
Applications
> Water supply.
> Municipal supply.
> Industrial boosting.
> Fire fighting.
> Boiler systems.
> Petrochemical industry.
> Irrigation.
> House and town house complex supply.
> Shopping centres and commercial buildings.
> General water transfer and pressure applications.
Agriculture
Caprari pumps was founded as an agricultural pump company in 1946. This gives Caprari  unsurpassed experience in the agricultural pump market. Today Caprari is one of Europe's, Middle East and Australias largest agricultural pump suppliers. Caprari also have a strong presence in Africa.

Agriculture pumps from 5 l/s to 300 l/s and heads to 150m, higher for special demand.

The agricultural pumps are available mainly in horizontal configurations with vertical pumps for specific applications.

Agricultural pumps are used for pumping water from dams, rivers, furrows and reservoirs. The water is usually dirty and contaminated with small organic plant material. These pumps must be able to handle working conditions not usually suited for standard or clean water pumps.

Caprari have pumps that are particularly suited to the agriculture market. The pumps are available with gland packing and oil lubricated bearings. A variety of shaft and impeller materials are available for different water characteristics. Our pumps are sure to meet the most demanding agriculture markets.
Applications
> Flood irrigation.
> Drip irrigation.
> Water cannons.
> Centre pivots.
> River, canal pumping.
> General field irrigation.
Mining
Caprari have a variety of transfer and pressure pumps suitable for mine water applications. These pumps can handle raw water from the mine workings. Caprari have pumps for dewatering to high lift applications. The pumps are available in single and multi stage configurations. The pumps can be electrically driven or diesel powered depending on the mines applications. Caprari pumps mine type pumps can be supplied with packing gland or mechanical seal shaft seals.
Pump available for mine use
> Submersible borehole pumps .5 l/s to 350 l/s heads to 850m.
> End suction centrifugal single stage pumps 2 l/s to 300 l/s heads to 150m.
> Multi stage centrifugal pumps 2 l/s to 300 l/s heads to 1000m.
> Submersible waste water pumps 680 l/s heads to 65m.
> Booster pumps 2l/s to 50 l/s heads to 350m .

Caprari mine pumps can be equipped with 400v and 525v motors 50Hz and DC motors for select pump models.
Sewage & Waste Water
Caprari sewage and waste water pumps are built with endurance in mind. Caprari know that sewage and waste products must operate in the worst condition a pump can handle. Caprari has a vast knowledge on the design and manufacturing of sewage pumps. Caprari sewage and waste water pumps all have special features designed to prolong the life of the pump and mechanical seals. The sewage pump are manufactured with the highest quality materials available. Incorporated into the pump design is the easy availability of common parts that are not specific to only Caprari pumps, this unique approach allows faster repairs and maintenance in the most remote parts of the world. It is Caprari's philosophy to design user friendly pumps that ultimately save money and down time. The pumps are guaranteed to give overall long term efficiencies saving energy and protecting our environment.

The Caprari submersible well pumps have one of the worlds largest duty ranges, giving the end user the most efficient selection for the application. Included in the Caprari range are 4 pole motors to improve pump ware.
