PREFABRICATED DRAINS
Prefabricated drainage systems are quick and easy to install. The Flo-Drain™ system has been used with great success since 1985 in drainage for road cuttings, golf courses, sportsfields, dams, atriums, roofs and basements. Megaflo is a collector and conduit in one, a complete drainage system. Applications include road pavement and sportsfield drainage. ZipCore™ is a single-cuspated drainage product for use with waterproofing membranes on roofs and in basements.

SOIL REINFORCEMENT & SEPARATION
RockGrid™ warpknit, polyester, reinforcement composite geotextiles (PC Range) and geogrids (KX Range) are generally used in flexible concrete block-retaining walls exceeding 2.2m in height, high embankments and on steep slopes in landfill sites where problem soils, high-water tables and potential slope instability exist. These reinforcing geosynthetics are also used in high-embankment fills and on steep slopes in waste landfills. To effectively stabilise soil in load support or earth retention applications the Ecocell® and Multi-Cell™ Cellular Confinement Systems offers a robust, engineered solution.

ROAD MAINTENANCE & REHABILITATION
The escalating cost of paved road rehabilitation highlights the need for cost-effective solutions to rapidly deteriorating roads. The Sealmac® Road Rehabilitation System provides a single procedure to both seal and strengthen a distressed pavement. Glasgrid® is a high strength, low strain, self- adhesive, pavement reinforcement mesh designed to reinforce asphalt overlays. Sealgrid™ is a composite grid product consisting of Sealmac® and glass filament that ensures that cracks are sealed and the overlay is reinforced. The Sealmac Paved Road System is used in upgrading and paving low volume gravel roads without importing expensive new base course material.

WATER & WASTE CONTAINMENT
The Sealmac Lining System involves the saturation of Sealmac® with a special elastomeric bitumen product to produce an impermeable membrane. Numerous farm and municipal oxidation dams have been installed with great success since 1980. Envirofix™ is a geosynthetic clay liner that incorporates a bentonite layer sandwiched by a needle-punching process between layers of geotextile. This product is ideal for dams, waste facilities, canals and even leaking dam walls. Kaytech now has the ability to manufacture thick grades of bidim® and also supplies staple fibre geotextiles, Ecotex™, for use in the protection of geomembrane liners.
