TURNKEY PROJECTS OF THE INTERNATIONALLY DESIGNED ACTIVATED SLUDGE “SBR” TYPE PACKAGE SEWAGE PLANT
Plants are configured according to specific applications and requirements with the focus on Environmental as well as existing infrastructure and facilities.

Projects are undertaken from concept G/A design through to full scale turnkey supply. Each design is based upon the topography of the site and for the plant to harmoniously blend into the site.
All plants are built from 3CR12 Stainless Steel and all external pipelines of 304 Stainless Steel. Drying beds and control rooms are built from face brick.

Our package plants range from small domestic applications of ten houses discharging 15m³/d to large mine applications of 600m³/day.
Our turnkey projects are quoted as completion and handover - 90 days from receipt of contract.
All plants are supplied with one hard copy and one AutoCAD format electronic copy of all design drawings.
Disinfection is a considered environmental issue and we offer either effluent chlorination or Ultra Violet disinfection.
Where the final discharge is required to meet DWA Special Standards or where the discharge liquid is to be used underground or for direct sprinkler irrigation, a flocculated baffle tank is on offer.

THE PROJECT:
Gelert offers a full Turnkey Project. We visit site, and taking cognisance of the environment, design a plant for the allocated site. The quotation includes all civil work, manufacture, assembly, delivery and commissioning of the plant. A control room, raw sewage inlet sump and fencing are offered as an extra.
All plants are built to meet the Standards for the discharge of waste water as set out by DWA and in compliance with their new Green Drop Regulation.
